Return Deal Instruction:
1.Please send an email to peter. kicksreal.com to specify the reason for returning at first, our support staff will provide you the shipping address.
2.Please take care when unpacking and repacking your products.。
- Please enclose a piece of paper including the following information:
- Your name registered on our website.
- Order number,Order date,order ammount.
- Specify the reason for returning the item.
- the email address you use to login to our website.
4.Please put this piece of paper, and the product to be returned, into a parcel, and mail to us. Please provide us the tracking number once you have shipped them back.
5.We cannot be held responsible for goods that are returned to us that are lost in transit. If you are concerned, then we recommend that you send the goods by registered post and retain proof of posting.
What will I be charged for shipping
Shipping and handling charges vary greatly depending upon the value of the materials and craftsmanship of the piece and its final shipment destination. The shipping and handling rates are clearly posted in each item’s description and are non-negotiable. Please consider this when placing your order.
When will my order arrive
Please allow up to 10 business days for your item to be delivered. If it still does not arrive, please contact us by clicking the ‘Contact Us’ button on the website. We will get back to you quickly.
We strongly advise you to thoroughly check your goods upon receipt, please read through and sign the “Proof of Delivery” (POD) and sign in the relevant sections as this will protect your interests, regarding any claim concerning short delivery and/or damaged and/or defective goods found on delivery, or concerning damaged or defective goods found at a later date. We do not accept any claims for damage caused by you the customer.
In order to make sure you receive your goods as soon as possible, if you are not at home when we try to deliver we might leave your parcel with one of your neighbours. If we do this we will leave a card stating where the parcel has been left. In case we cannot reach you or your neighbours to receive your parcel we will leave a card in your letterbox to notify you that we tried to deliver your parcel. Please follow the instructions on the card to schedule a delivery day. You will find the contact details on the card.
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
Please confirm your shipping address before you pay for it and it is best for you to leave the phone number for contacting. Please provide a valid email address and check emails after you have purchased for any updated information.?
2. Items are generally shipped out within 2 working days after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. and most national holidays excluded.)
3. Once we ship your package, we will send you tracking number once it is available. Package transitting time normally takes 4 to 7 business days, depending on the destination, holidays and factors beyond Postal Service’s control. If there is a little delay, please have more patience.?
